I've got both the fortigate and fortianalyzer set up with a cert from my
AD CS on the HTTPS interface so that I no longer get certificate errors.

Yes I can see that option thank you. However, when I click browse, it
just wants me to go ahead with the cert, and I'm not able to generate a
proper csr that my ca can sign.
I'd just like to add that since 2.8.2019 I've seen this signature pop up
for traffic going to a myriad of websites, coming from a handful of
