I having problemas with internal DNS, external DNS, differente ISP DNS,
the problem is that the resolution of DNS is slow and the pages loads
slow because of this, stuck in " Resolving..." and then resolves without
problem, after the query is on cach...
Is there anyway to limit the number of authentication with one user on
the Firewall Policy? I' m using policy with " User Identity" and using
Local Groups, not using RADIUS, AD or any other authentication system.

Maybe you can use ECMP with Spillover and then, tell to ECMP to use WAN2
until is filled up and then use WAN2 if needed more traffic. And for the
servers you must use policy route to always go through WAN1, the
downside here is, if WAN1 fail the serv...
For everyone having the same issue, the FortiOS 5.0 added new settings
to SSL VPN' s, this new feature adds the " ability" to auto create
policy' s and static routes... this appear to be bugged or maybe a new
feature not documented. In your case dant...
