than what the wireless controller is on. I am using a fortigate 100D
with patch 5.0.2 and a fortiAP 28c with 5.0 on the fortigate i go to

Hi! I once saw a guy who had setup his fortigate so that the user field
under log and report > traffic log > forward traffic was populated with
active directory usernames. What configuration do i need to do to get
the same result?
I talked to Fortinet webchat and he told me it would be a problem to
kill it i ran diag sys kill 11 where pid was process id. And it
worked fine my fortigate is functioning normally
We do use it, however it wont really matter if that function " goes
down" since we have a good internetline which we never really had any
