FortiClient 6.2.2.0877 is not updating AV signatures. I have installed
it on 3 servers and 3 window 10 computers. Same issue on all of them. We
have FortiClient 6.2.1 or below on many other machines with no issues.

Have you tried FortiClient remover (FCRemover.exe)? Download
FortiClientTools from Fortinet Service & Support, and you will find the
program in folder "SupportUtils". According to Fortinet "FCRemove.exe is
a clean up tool for use __only_if__ the Add/...
And we have the same problem...Only way to sync is to delete the LDAP
connection and then add it again. It will sync when connection is
established, but will not sync after that.
