Just to provide an update, please note that all FAP, FAP-S, FAP-U devices used with FortiGate, FortiCloud or FortiWLM can be used for FortiPresence-Analytics and FortiPresence-Social-WiFi.

The value was recently increased from 4 to 5. Please delete all your configured FAPs, Upgrade to the latest 4.3.8 firmware, and add the FAP' s back again.

What version of FAP OS are you running? Have you tried AES in the latest FAP219 version?
